Sterosport Delivery Options
The Sterosport delivery team will process and despatch any order that has been made before 12pm Monday to Friday, that same day. Any orders that are received after this will be processed and despatched the next working day.
All UK Mainland deliveries will be charged at a flat rate delivery fee of £4.98.
Click and collect your order for free from Sterosport in Manchester
The Sterosport community is constantly growing, and we love the opportunity to meet our customers face to face. As such, we are pleased to offer our customers a click-and-collect pick up service.
All you have to do, is simply select the click-and-collect option when purchasing online. Alternatively, you can ask for collection when placing your order over the phone. You can then collect your order when it’s completed from our offices in Manchester by arrangement for free.
The Sterosport/Steroplast Healthcare Limited offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am – 4.30pm on Friday. The offices are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

The Sterosport/Steroplast Healthcare Limited head office is based in Sharston, Manchester. This can be found close to the M56/M60 interchange with easy access from junctions 2 or 3a off the M56 or junctions 3 or 5 off the M60.

All Sterosport next day deliveries are processed via DPD Local. This allows customers to benefit from the following services:
- Next day delivery service, before close of business
- Receive your one-hour delivery window
In order to take advantage of all the above services, please ensure to provide your mobile phone number and email address. You will then be sent notifications directly from DPD, giving you maximum information and choice.
Returns – please read our policy
If any item arrives faulty or incorrect, get in touch immediately and the team will be able to arrange a replacement item for you. If you are unhappy with the order, or there are items missing, please make sure to contact our customer services team immediately. They can then rectify the situation with a refund, credit or replacement item dependant on the situation. All returns need to be processed within 14 days of receipt.
If you have bought too much of a product and wish to return some or all of a specific item, we will take them back. They MUST be in perfect condition and we do ask that you pay the cost of carriage. If we receive the goods in less than perfect condition, or a pack is incomplete we regret we will not be able to refund you.
YOU MUST SHOW US PROOF OF POSTING OR THE CARRIER USED. If the postal service/ carrier are responsible for damage to goods in transit, the proof of posting increase your chance of making a claim, and getting a refund.
